Assembler Technician – Build Quality That Moves the World

1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday, $19/hour

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Monday – Thursday, $20/hour

Wknd Shift | 2:00pm - 2:30am | Friday – Sunday, $21/hour

play a key role in building high‑quality quick release couplings used in motion

and control applications worldwide.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you will:

• Assemble  quick release couplings with accuracy and consistency
• Operate a variety of  assembly equipment and hand tools
• Inspect and verify product functionality to ensure quality standards are met
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives , including A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why problem‑solving
• Achieve a  minimum 90% daily attainment level
• Work safely and contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in  production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
• Experience operating machines and performing inspections
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently  and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Motivated, dependable, and driven with a  can‑do attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
