• Stakeholder relationship management

• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes
• Engineering Application domain knowledge including PLM, CAD, and CAE.
• Business acumen
• Business process management & modeling
• Facilitation of business requirements workshops
• Consultative problem solving
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Strong oral & written communications
• Requirements definition & management
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
• ITSF Project Methodology knowledge
• Understanding of future / emerging technologies

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools
• Proficient in 3DEXPERIENCE platform tools, including ENOVIA for business process monitoring, CATIA for 3D design, and dashboard / reporting features for KPI tracking and process analysis.
• Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments, particularly within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies.
• A functional knowledge of:
• Systems/capabilities like SAP/Oracle
• Engineering systems
• CRM/Digital Systems like Salesforce or CMS, PIM capabilities supporting websites
