Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• We need at least 5 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within construction or tech services.
• We expect strong proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.

• We develop, oversee, and refine detailed project schedules for construction initiatives in the tech services sector.
• We partner with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify scope and requirements.
• We perform risk reviews to identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and possible delays.
• We track project progress and adjust timelines as needed to keep work aligned with objectives.
• We provide timely status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and recommended actions.
• We ensure all scheduling activities follow company policies and regulatory standards.
• We use project management systems and related tools to improve scheduling efficiency and resource allocation.
• We participate in project meetings and contribute expert guidance on scheduling strategy.
