Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Door-to-Door Canvasser Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive community engagement. In this role, you will oversee a team of canvassers responsible for promoting our programs, services, or causes directly within neighborhoods. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate a team of door-to-door canvassers to ensure daily outreach targets are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans tailored to specific neighborhoods or demographics
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, customer service, and effective communication skills
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and motivate the team to maximize productivity and engagement
• Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts
• Analyze campaign data and feedback to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness
• Hire and Train canvassing teams.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse communities effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills to address questions or concerns from community members
• Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or campaigns simultaneously
