Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated Content Creator Assistant to support a fast-growing YouTube-focused content brand centered around lifestyle, travel, entertainment and entrepreneurship—and we are looking for the right person to be part of that journey from the ground up.

This is not a typical 9–5 role. You will be paid to travel, create, and experience things most people don’t get access to in a typical work environment. You will be working directly alongside a creator, traveling frequently, capturing real-life moments, assisting with filming, supporting content production, and contributing to short-form editing.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job—someone who wants experience, exposure, and the chance to be part of something being built from the early stages.

We value personality, authenticity, and energy. This is not a rigid corporate environment; we want someone who can be themselves, bring ideas to the table, and contribute to the overall vibe of the content. Being comfortable around the camera and in social environments is essential for this role. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, outgoing, and comfortable in fast-moving, real-world environments.

Responsibilities

  • Operate camera and assist with filming YouTube content on a daily basis
  • Capture high-quality footage in a variety of environments (indoor/outdoor, travel, lifestyle)
  • Edit short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels) on designated editing days
  • Work closely with the creator to execute content ideas and maintain production quality

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about traveling and being part of a fast-paced content environment.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time position
  • Schedule provided one week in advance
  • Open availability is required (including early mornings, late nights, and travel days)
  • Flexibility is crucial due to the nature of content production and travel

Requirements

  • Strong reliability and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Basic understanding of camera operation and framing (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Travel Requirements (valid passport documentation)
  • Frequent travel required (including international travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience filming YouTube or social media content
  • Experience with short-form video editing
  • Interest in content creation, media, or digital entrepreneurship

Compensation & Growth

  • $700 per week (base pay) (structured performance reviews and opportunities for pay increases)
  • This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation is paid weekly with applicable taxes withheld.
  • Performance-based incentives tied to reselling contributions and content output
  • Bonuses based on performance, travel productivity, and content growth benchmarks
  • Travel expenses fully covered (flights + accommodations)
  • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling content brand
  • Team outing meals are covered (Restaurant Dinners)

How to Apply

To be considered, please include:

  • A short introduction about yourself
  • Any relevant experience (filming, editing, or content work)
  • Confirmation that you have open availability and a valid passport
  • A short 1-minute video introducing yourself

In your video, please include:

  • Who you are
  • Any experience with filming or editing (you can submit direct examples of previous work to assist in providing visuals of your previous work)
  • Why this opportunity interests you

Applicants Must Send Video Via Email (kokoriantv@gmail.com)

Pay: $700.00 per week

Work Location: In person
