About the Role
Join our HVAC & plumbing team this summer and help deliver great customer service. You'll support our Customer Care Department and assist with daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care Service Calls (Inbound & Outbound)
• Update customer records and track service requests.
• Assist with general office tasks.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in trades or home services (a plus)
• HVAC (a/c & heating) and plumbing industry knowledge not required.
