About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a healthcare organization operating in the remote patient monitoring industry. This Data Entry Specialist role supports an ongoing initiative focused on accurately managing patient information across multiple systems. The position is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently with sensitive healthcare data in a structured environment.
This is a part-time, contract-based role designed to provide additional capacity alongside an existing data entry resource.
Job Description The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete patient records across CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document workflows while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering and updating patient information accurately in NetSuite CRM
- Populating patient data into PDF forms with close attention to detail
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets used for tracking and reporting
- Managing electronic document workflows using DocuSign
- Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Safeguarding confidential patient information in accordance with healthcare privacy requirements
- Completing assigned tasks on a weekly basis within established timelines
- Collaborating with internal team members to resolve data discrepancies as needed
Qualifications Required - Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Experience completing and managing PDF forms
- Working knowledge of DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Comfort working with sensitive patient information in a healthcare setting
Preferred - Prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or patient data management
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring or clinical support environments
