Locum Tenens Dentist Opportunity

• Up to $150/hr, ($1,200 per day) , PLUS hotel and transportation
• Locations Available: Caldwell & Nampa, Idaho
• Must be Medicaid Credentialed, upon start of assignment

Location And Dates:

• Nampa, ID : July 15, 22, 29, August 4, 7, 12, 14
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Caldwell, ID : June 16, July 21, 28, 31, August 7, 11, 14, 18, 28
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Most offices are 80% kids and 20% adults
• High volume Medicaid practices. Our doctors see up to 12 operative patients and 24 hygiene exams per day
• Candidates must be comfortable seeing kids and adults
• Our staffing model includes 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist per Doctor
• Must have at least two years of experience

We expect you to have the following:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
