The Dialysis Social Worker (LMSW) is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life.
Schedule: Fulltime Monday through Friday, shifts starting at 7am or 8am, weekends off
Compensation : Pay range from $62,000-$72,000 annually, depending on dialysis experience
