Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20 – $30/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repair, patching, installation, and finishing
• Match textures and complete painting as needed
• Handle trim work and basic remodeling tasks
• Transport tools and materials to job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service on every job

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in drywall work (hanging, installing, patching, repairing, finishing)
• Experience with texture matching and painting
• Trim work and remodeling experience is a plus
• Must have your own hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment
• Reliable truck capable of transporting tools and materials
• Clean driving record
• Must complete a job application with 3 personal work references
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must complete an I-9 Form on the first day of work
