Extrusion Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do

• Operate state‑of‑the‑art compounding extrusion machines to produce high‑quality polymer materials.
• Build cross‑functional skills across multiple areas of production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑driven workspace.
• Set up machines, including loading and unloading material spools.
• Support packaging teams by assisting with cartridge packaging during active production.
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience with extrusion or similar industrial machinery.
• Ability to independently run single‑screw extrusion machines.
• At least 2 years of experience in compounding, mixing, or extrusion operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
