HTC COMMERCIAL FLOORING IS HIRING SUBCONTRACTORS!

Commercial Flooring & Tile Subcontractor Installers Needed

HTC Commercial Flooring is actively seeking experienced commercial flooring and tile subcontractors to join our growing network of installation partners. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented crews who take pride in quality workmanship and can support a variety of commercial projects across multiple industries.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Carpet Tile & Broadloom Installation
• Luxury Vinyl Tile/Plank (LVT/LVP)
• Sheet Vinyl & Heat Welding
• VCT & Resilient Flooring
• Ceramic & Porcelain Tile
• Rubber Flooring
• Cove Base, Transitions & Finish Work
• Floor Prep, Grinding, Patching & Self-Leveling
• Moisture Mitigation & Surface Preparation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare subfloors by removing existing flooring, grinding, leveling, patching, moisture mitigation, and cleaning surfaces for installation
• Read blueprints, layouts, finish schedules, and site drawings to ensure accurate installation
• Cut, fit, and install flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Communicate project progress and job site needs professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of commercial flooring and/or tile installation experience preferred
• Must own professional-grade installation tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and/or work van required
• Must be willing and able to travel for projects as needed
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including off-hours work when required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 75+ lbs, kneeling, crouching, and repetitive movement
• Knowledge of commercial adhesives, moisture testing, transitions, and installation best practices
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism on job sites
• Must provide proof of General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• W-9 and subcontractor compliance documentation required
