Part-Time Position with Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Our veteran-owned business operates two growing salons in Northern Virginia and is seeking a licensed stylist to join our team. New hires typically begin in our Reston location, with opportunities to work in Fairfax, Reston, or both locations as additional hours become available.

Whether you are an experienced stylist, barber, or recent cosmetology graduate with strong cutting skills, we would love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a valid Virginia Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Delivers high-quality haircuts efficiently.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Works well with teammates.
• Is dependable and professional.
• Is willing to work at either location as business needs require.
• Experience in a busy walk-in salon environment is a plus.
  

Our Expectations:

Successful stylists on our team typically:

• Average 14–17 minute haircuts.
• Maintain less than 3 minutes between customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Earn positive online reviews.
• Recommend professional products when appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.
