Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 6G position welds on pipe and structural components with precision and consistency
• Execute MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to meet project deadlines
• Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional welding experience
• Current or previous 6G welding certification (ASME, AWS, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Ability to weld in all positions and on various materials
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Soldering
• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
