CMG Home Loans is hiring a Loan Processor to support a group of Loan Officers on the East Coast. This role is responsible for managing and executing all tasks required to ensure loan files are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The Loan Processor will play a critical role in delivering seamless and timely loan experience for both clients and business partners.

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
Base Compensation Information – For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City + other areas requiring disclosure:
CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 plus eligible for per file bonus. Factors that affect base salary may include: loan processing experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
