This is a field-based, door-to-door sales position .
• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Orlando area
• Educate homeowners on the financial benefits of switching to solar
• Schedule in-home consultations or close deals directly
• Present customized solar solutions based on each household's needs
• Build strong relationships within local communities
• Set and exceed personal income goals
• Highly motivated, goal-driven individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Resilient, competitive, and coachable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• No experience required, just the drive to learn and succeed
• Previous door-to-door or solar experience is a plus
• Full-Time | Commission-Based
