Established firm seeking experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant for commercial real estate and business matters, including transactions, closings, contracts, disputes/litigation, and corporate filings. Other functions including billing, scheduling, and client contact. Experience with real estate closings, including hands-on preparation of settlement statements, required to assist attorneys and paralegals when needed.
Must be extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and collaborative, with post-high school education, solid writing skills, and willingness to learn.
