Prep Cook at the Observation Deck

Are you a highly skilled and talented cook with a passion for creating delicious dishes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Prep Cook!

At the Observation Deck located inside of the Akron Canton Airport, we are looking for a Prep Cook to assist us in our operations!

Responsibilities:

• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Prep food items to recipe
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain high standards
• Maintain proper quality parameters to ensure customer satisfaction
• Cleaning
• Dishes

Job Requirements

• Stands for long periods
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
• Is able to pass a federal background check
• Executes tasks independently
• Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
• Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
• Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
• Works in or around large crowds
