Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time.
• Commission-based.
• Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Market and list residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong local client pipeline.
• Develop expertise in New Haven neighborhoods and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Interest in building a strong presence in a local market.
• New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.
