Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Milton, MA Area / Build Your Market Presence with HFM Realty.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Milton and the Boston Areas. This is an opportunity for driven real estate professionals who want to become a successful agent in the market they choose to work in.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time/Flexible Schedule
• Commission-based.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and train to generate and convert buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• List and market residential properties.
• Negotiate, write up contracts and manage transactions through closings.
• Build and maintain real estate leads including a strong client pipeline.
• Establish a recognizable presence in the Quincy / South Shore market under the HFM Brand
• Deliver exceptional client real estate service.
• Uphold HFM Realty policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Have a business mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Desire to build a strong personal brand and local reputation.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.
