As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in North Myrtle Beach SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and visitors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Monitor entry and exit points verify visitor and vendor authorization and maintain accurate visitor logs and other access-related records.
  • Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues according to site procedures when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Communicate clearly with residents property management and/or emergency services regarding security-related concerns policy questions and post activity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
