Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting a busy commercial real estate location. You will monitor activity, manage incoming calls and radio traffic, coordinate officer responses, document security-related events, and help maintain a strong visible presence across the property. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, where you will partner with the team to deliver reliable service, clear communication, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarms, access control, and/or CCTV, receiving calls for service, and coordinating officer response using radio and phone communications.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or local emergency services as required by post orders.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident documentation, including calls for service, unit status updates, and activity summaries, and share information with shift supervisors as needed.
- Support regular and random patrol operations by directing officers to priority areas, tracking patrol check-ins, and relaying tenant and/or property management requests.
Minimum Requirements - Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
