Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist (Meta & Tiktok Ads)

Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 USD/monthly (Depending on experience) + 10% profit share on campaigns you run

Location: Remote — United States Only

We generated ~2 million in affiliate commissions in the last year and are on track for $5.5 million in commissions for the next 12 month period.

Joey Alter is a skilled executive with over ten years of experience in direct marketing, specializing in paid social customer acquisition and retention. As the founder of Stealth Mode Agency, Joey has successfully managed multi-million dollar ad campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, with a total ad spend managed of over $250 million dollars over the course of his career. He is also an accomplished freelancer, delivering exceptional results in conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and email marketing. Joey is passionate about continuous improvement, applying this mindset to enhance paid social strategies, long-form copy, and conversion funnels.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to join our growing team.

The ideal person for this role has a genuine interest in online advertising, a growth mindset, and a proven track record of significant wins where ads they produced or copy they wrote converted at scale. This is a great position for a senior professional with 5+ years of experience who has mastered the game but wants to stay on the cutting edge. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and leads with creative solutions—not just someone who follows a playbook. While expertise is required, a willingness to continually improve remains vital to our culture.

Experience writing & producing video ads for Meta, Youtube or Tiktok is a plus, as is experience writing for financial services clients.

What You'll Do:

• Write: Work with the CEO, and our video team to draft and produce videos ads that convert. Additional writing of landing pages, advertorials, interstitials and emails as needed.
• Recruit actors & influencers: We are always expanding our network of actors to star in our videos.
• Research: With guidance from the CEO, you'll research the ideal customer persona, their problems, desires, needs, fears and decision set.
• Test planning and execution: Work with the CEO and our media buyers to continuously improve results through a/b and multivariate testing. Eventually own the whole loop from ideation, to prioritization, implementation and iteration.
• Competitive research: Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies in our target industries.
• Performance analysis: Audit performance on each account twice weekly for insights and test opportunities.
• Video review: Ensure all ads created by the video editing team are up to spec, work collaboratively with them to communicate our sales message in the visual language of video.
• Conversion rate optimization: Work with the CEO and our development team to continuously improve the revenue per visitor and conversion rate of our landing pages, advertorials and owned & operated leadgen properties.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct response copywriting experience, preferably with a focus on video ads
• Knowledge of recruitment processes for actors and influencers
• Demonstrated ability to work under and meet high-level KPIs
• Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary)
• Proactive mindset instead of reactive
• Ability to write with style and within compliance guidelines
• Growth mindset, always willing to learn
• Fluency in English
• Must be based in the United States and willing to work on US time zones
• Portfolio of senior-level work you can share

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience buying media on any channel
• Experience writing for financial services
• Experience with affiliate or other performance based ways of working
• Have one other creative “special skill” (photoshop, video editing, basic web dev)
• Written and produced Tiktok Ads before
• Worked and succeeded in a compliance heavy industry before
• You have actors & influencers you've worked with before
