Full-Time | Salary ($48k) + Bonus

Scooter’s Coffee is hiring in Bastrop! We are looking for an amazing Store Manager to drive sales and lead a team of baristas.

We’re opening a brand-new Scooter’s Coffee drive-thru kiosk in Bastrop (821 W SH 71) in July and are looking for an amazing  Store Manager drive sales and lead a team of baristas to be amazing.  This is a  hands-on leadership role — you’ll help build the team, set the culture, and drive performance from day one.

• Base Salary: $48,000/year (paid biweekly)

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Help hire ~20 team members including baristas and shift leads
• Launch strong operations with consistent speed and quality
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Meet or exceed sales and labor targets

Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume drive-thru coffee kiosk
• Ensure fast service times and product quality
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
• Manage inventory and place weekly orders

Team Leadership

• Train and lead a team of ~20 baristas + shift leads
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs 
• Coach, develop, and retain employees

Sales & Performance

• Drive daily sales 
• Monitor KPIs, labor %, and cost controls
• Execute local store marketing initiatives

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Schedule Requirements

· We are open 5am – 8pm, 7 days a week. 

· Early mornings, weekend, and holiday availability required

· Must be available for 2 weeks of paid training in Dallas (weekdays only)

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of management experience (QSR, restaurant, or retail)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice to have:

• Experience managing labor and P&L
• Bilingual Spanish and English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work in a compact, fast-paced environment
• Lift up to 40 lbs
