Salary: $104,000 - 106,080 per year Requirements:
- We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, IT, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- We require 3–5+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience, including work with Drupal 9, 10, or 11.
- We require at least 16+ years of experience designing user interfaces and building web pages.
- We require advanced proficiency in PHP, Twig, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- We require strong experience with Composer, Drush, Git, and current development workflows.
- We require working knowledge of MySQL or MariaDB, including database tuning and optimization.
- We require experience with cloud hosting platforms such as Acquia, Pantheon, AWS, or Azure.
- We require an understanding of web accessibility standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- We prefer experience with headless or decoupled Drupal architectures.
- We prefer familiarity with React, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- We prefer experience using Docker or other container-based development environments.
- We prefer Acquia Drupal Developer or Site Builder certification.
- We prefer experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- We value strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- We value the ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - We design, develop, configure, maintain, and enhance websites built on the latest Drupal versions.
- We build custom modules, themes, and system integrations aligned with Drupal best practices.
- We create and manage content types, views, taxonomies, blocks, and menus.
- We maintain code quality through version control, peer review, and adherence to coding standards.
- We apply regular updates, security patches, and module upgrades to keep sites current.
- We troubleshoot site defects, performance issues, and compatibility challenges.
- We improve site speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- We document configurations, custom development, and deployment procedures.
- We develop and support integrations with third-party systems such as REST APIs, GraphQL, SSO, CRM platforms, and payment gateways.
- We work within cloud hosting environments to deploy and manage Drupal applications.
- We implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment.
- We partner with UX/UI designers to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- We collaborate with content teams to improve workflows, permissions, and the editorial experience.
- We participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- We provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- We design and build web pages using graphics software, visual techniques, and digital tools.
- We create user interface features, site animations, and special-effects elements.
- We contribute to our design teams efforts to improve the look and feel of our online presence.
- We design websites that support our external communications strategy and broader organizational goals.

We are offering a contract opportunity for a Drupal Web Developer to help us design, build, and support secure, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. The contract pay range is $50.00 to $51.00 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can bring deep experience in user interface design, webpage development, and Drupal-based web delivery.
