Salary: $71,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design and development
• Proficiency in hand coding HTML and CSS
• Expertise in creating responsive front-end interfaces using WordPress, Drupal, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong grasp of SEO principles and strategies
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics for site optimization analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate closely with internal teams on web initiatives through all stages of design, development, and launch
• Exhibit strong creative and design abilities, working from initial concept to project finalization on graphics, banners, landing pages, websites, and emails
• Design user interfaces from wireframes to interactive prototypes to the final digital product, focusing on enhancing user experience
• Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible front-end interfaces using various web technologies
