Job Description

We specialize in manufacturing sophisticated machinery for the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. Responsibilities

  • Use machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and relevant bills of materials to proficiently build equipment and solve problems as needed.
  • Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization.
  • Utilize hand tools proficiently for tasks including structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness.
  • Complete quality assurance checks and provide accurate documentation skills for labor reporting, material issues/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports.
  • Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'.
  • Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean and well-lit facility on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime is voluntary on Fridays. Assemblers work in groups of 2-6, using Milwaukee tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
