Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate pest control leads and close sales through direct engagement with homeowners.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits and treatment options of our products.
  • Effectively overcome objections and close new accounts confidently and independently.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism to uphold the company's reputation for service excellence.
  • Actively contribute to team objectives and support the expansion of the company's market territory.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to temporarily relocate to Florida for the summer sales season.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for several hours each day.
  • Must possess valid drivers license and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively; confident, articulate, and persuasive in interactions.
  • Highly driven by goals, competition, and the results of your sales efforts.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain drive and enthusiasm in challenging situations.
  • Eagerness to receive feedback and engage in continuous personal and professional development.
