  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel for further investigation and resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by actively participating in meetings and sharing feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
