Job Description

Salary: $25,000 - 42,500 per year Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, widgets)
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• A portfolio showcasing web design or development projects (academic or personal work acceptable)

• Design and create modern, visually appealing websites for client projects
• Develop and manage WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and widgets
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal website performance across devices
• Utilize HTML5, CSS, and contemporary web frameworks in projects
• Collaborate in creative meetings to help guide design choices
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and specifications
• Follow internal procedures and uphold quality standards
• Conduct self-assessments to guarantee accuracy and thoroughness
• Maintain organized project documents for future revisions
• Clearly communicate project statuses to account managers
• Work in close partnership with designers, developers, and account managers
• Be receptive to feedback and provide constructive insights
• Assist with extra tasks as required to meet team deadlines
• Actively engage in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
• Collaborate with the strategic team to introduce new ideas and enhancements for current clients
• Contribute to the development of innovative products and services
• Accurately log hours and project-related activities
