Tactical Pressure Washing LLC is a Veteran-Owned & Operated exterior cleaning company serving Georgetown and Horry County.

Important – Read Before Applying

This is a SEASONAL 1099 CONTRACTOR position , not a W-2 employee role.

• Work is not guaranteed year-round
• You will be responsible for your own taxes (1099)
• This is independent contractor work , not hourly employment
• Work is available primarily during:
• Spring (March–June)
• Fall (September–November)

If you are looking for guaranteed hours, benefits, or a traditional employee position, this is not the right fit .

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning
• House washing, driveways, sidewalks, fences, and roofs
• Safely operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment
• Handle ladders, hoses, and job site setup/teardown
• Follow job instructions and maintain quality standards
• Represent the company professionally on job sites

Basic Requirements

• Must be able to lift 90+ lbs and safely carry ladders
• Comfortable working at heights (roofs and ladders)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and work ethic

Pay Structure

• Paid per job or per day (not hourly employment)
• Typical earnings: $150 – $250+ per day depending on performance
• Bonus opportunities, tips, and performance-based incentives

Schedule

• Work scheduled based on job demand and weather
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work available during peak season

In person – Jobs throughout Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, and surrounding areas.
