As a Security Officer Front Desk Associate in Portland OR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal you will welcome visitors manage access monitor activity at a stationary post and support a professional customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication teamwork and helping with security-related concerns while representing our caring culture with agility reliability innovation and integrity at a unique commercial location.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk assist with visitor check-in procedures and communicate with on-site contacts regarding arrivals deliveries and/or inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant activity and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
