We are seeking presentable, ambitious, and sales-driven professionals to join our team as Sales & Project Managers . This hybrid role blends high-level sales execution with hands-on project oversight , requiring individuals who can both close deals and ensure a smooth project experience for the client.
This is not an entry-level position—we are specifically looking for candidates who understand roofing sales and the insurance restoration process , including the ability to read and interpret insurance paperwork .
Run company-provided leads and close residential roofing deals
Generate additional business through self-sourcing, referrals, and networking
Conduct roof inspections and present customized solutions to homeowners
Educate clients on the insurance claims process and advocate on their behalf
Build trust through professionalism, presentation, and product knowledge
Manage roofing projects from contract to completion
Review and interpret insurance scopes, estimates, and documentation
Coordinate with adjusters, crews, and suppliers to ensure project success
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure quality control, timelines, and customer satisfaction
1+ year of roofing sales or insurance restoration experience
Strong understanding of insurance claims process and related paperwork
Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
Need to own a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder and material
Presentable and professional in appearance and communication
Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented
Strong organizational and project management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to educate and influence clients
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Ability to maximize company-provided leads while generating your own pipeline
Confidence in working with insurance adjusters and claim documentation
Strong attention to detail when reviewing scopes and supplements
Desire to grow within a performance-based, high-reward environment
Uncapped commission structure

12% overhead on self generated leads 15% on leads provided by the office
50-50 split on net profit
